Bombay potatoes
Preparation Method

Heat oil in a pan, gently fry cumin seeds.

Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric paste and stir for a min

Add potatoes and mix well to coat potatoes with all the spices. Then add chilli and mango powder. Mix and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander and serve

- 1 tin (300g) new potatoes
- 1 tbsp turmeric paste
- 1 tbsp coriander power
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp mango powder
- coriander to garnish
