Bombay potatoes

Preparation Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, gently fry cumin seeds.

  2. Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric paste and stir for a min

  3. Add potatoes and mix well to coat potatoes with all the spices. Then add chilli and mango powder. Mix and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add salt to taste.

  4. Garnish with coriander and serve

  • 1 tin (300g) new potatoes
  • 1 tbsp turmeric paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander power
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • coriander to garnish
