Sweet potato and turmeric hummus
Preparation Method

Pre-heat oven to 180C

In a baking tray toss together sweet potatoes, garlic, avocado oil, paprika.

Bake for 30 – 40 mins or until sweet potatoes are tender.

Once sweet potatoes are cool, add to a food processor with turmeric paste, white beans, lemon juice, tahini sauce and cumin powder.

Blend until combined. Run motor slowly add olive oil slowly until smooth and creamy.

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve. (add chilli flakes for extra heat)

- 1 Sweet potato, medium: peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp turmeric paste
- 1 can white beans
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Tahini sauce
- ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tsp Ground cumin powder
