Turmeric eggs
Preparation Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and saute onions and garlic for about 5 mins
- Add eggs, cheese, herbs, peppers, basil, thyme, oregano and turmeric
- Cook for 10mins, stirring continuously
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 2 tbsp turmeric paste
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 large pepper, chopped (remove yellow)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 large basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
