Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds. Add onions and saute till brown. Add coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric paste.
Add rice. Turn well till rice is coloured and heated through.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.

- 2 tbsp turmeric paste
- 1 red onion, chopped
